I am a reliable, hard working person with extensive experience in customer care. I have very good people skills and am passionate about computers and enjoy working with them. I am competent in working with computers with a good knowledge in hardware, software and networking. I can work with most operating systems, and have extensive knowledge in working with both Microsoft Office and Open Office.

Charity Canvasser
I worked as part of a team that travelled the north west of England and canvassed door to door selected areas of the neighbourhood we had travelled to. My role was to persuade potential donors to sign up to donate to my selected charity. Part of my role was to objection handle and problems the potential donor had for example not wanting to give out bank details. I was trained in all aspects of my selected charity as well as being training in aspects of door to door canvassing and filling out all appropriate paper work including direct debit forms.

My responsibilities included serving the customer, adhering to the think 25 policy at all times ensuring that all customers I served with alcohol or tobacco looked over 25, if they didn't not I had to request I.D. From them that proved that they were over 18. if they could not I was to refuse the sale and keep a log of all I.D's in the refusal of sale logbook. I also had to serve customers using the pay-point and lottery machines this time sticking to a think 16 policy with the lottery machine My duties included collecting and putting through the till my float at the start and end of every shift. I also had to fill shelves keeping the stock levels to a maximum. As part of my job I also accepted and checked deliveries. Also included in my duties was general house keeping

I was responsible for monitoring overall search engine performance for many clients, this included liaising with clients to achieve the best results from their websites. Managing pay per click accounts and implementing search strategies to gain higher position on search engines using keyword research. I also provided support for clients in the area of search engine optimisation.
Hobbies and Interests
I enjoy using my PC and installing new software to maximise the output. I am a self taught amateur web designer and have a keen interest in this field and regularly develop websites for personal use.
